Advising
The Bobcat Advising Center and UC Merced’s three academic schools have academic advisors available to help students succeed through their journeys on campus.
Academic advisors care about students as people, encouraging and facilitating academic and personal growth by listening, learning and helping. They assist students in planning their academic careers, including students’ decisions on majors, minors and which classes to take. They also provide guidance if students are struggling with their studies.
