Update from Vice Chancellor of Research, Innovation and Economic Development to ORED Faculty and Staff

Dear Colleagues,

This afternoon, the National Science Foundation (NSF) announced the termination of awards that that do not align with its current priorities. We are working with UCOP to ascertain the scope of the impact and possible next steps.

UC Merced has already received some of these termination notices. Please contact SPO at spo@ucmerced.edu immediately if you receive notification of a change in your NSF grant award status.
