Description
The project is 51,000 assignable square feet and 77,273 gross square feet and four (4) stories tall. The campus is seeking a consultant, to provide ‘bridging’ documents/schematic design with an option to provide full architectural and engineering services for the project beginning in 2012, with estimated completion in 2015. Estimated Project costs total $50 million.
