Complete the form below to request assistance from the Office of Communications on your website project.

About You
Site Overview
Enter the full name of the individual who is responsible for the overall direction and management of the site.
List the individuals who must approve major changes to your site (separated by a comma).
List all individuals who are responsible for the daily maintenance of the website (separate entries with a comma).
Enter the desired or existing domain name for your site (e.g. communications.ucmerced.edu). All new domain names must be approved by the Office of Communications and IT.
About Your Project
Enter the date you want your web project to launch. Note that the timeline will be dependent upon the type of project, the size of the site, functionality required, timing of deliverables, project priority and other factors. Allow at least two to four weeks for project completion.
Describe the business need met by -- or the goal to be achieved through -- your website.
Enter the date by which you will be able to provide final content for your site. The Office of Communications will suggest content edits to ensure editorial style consistency and accuracy.
Briefly describe your plan for maintaining the content provided on your site, including what content will be updated, how often it will be updated, and how you will ensure accuracy of the content.
Have you developed a site navigation proposal (how your content will be organized and the menu items for navigating the content)?
Do you have photos and/or graphics you wish to use on your site?
