Search for the Vice Chancellor for Development and Alumni Relations

UC Merced has launched a search for a Vice Chancellor for Development and Alumni Relations to provide strategic vision and leadership for all fundraising, alumni relations, and stewardship activities during an exciting time of growth and expansion for the newest University of California campus.

Reporting to the Chancellor of the university, the Vice Chancellor is responsible for designing and implementing strategies and programs that maximize personal engagement and produce increasing levels of support for UC Merced, as well as for management and oversight of the Development and Alumni Relations division.

Chancellor Dorothy Leland has appointed a search committee to recommend candidates for the position, and has enlisted the national executive search firm of Isaacson, Miller to serve as a consultant to the committee.
